Wirral Borough Council has a permit system in place for all vehicles and powered craft launching and recovering on Wirral’s slipways.

Slipway users are required to complete an application form and produce copies or original of their certificate of competence, certificate of craft Insurance, certificate of vehicle insurance and proof of payment.
Please note that permit applications will not be processed unless all of the above documentation is provided.
